Cartier size 55, which fits closest to US/Canada size 7 1/4 (due to the rolling action of these rings, don't order a size that's snug on you, as these need to sit a little loose). This model is the original vintage XS Trinity which many people prefer because the bands are slightly thicker than current editions. Crafted in 18kt rose, yellow & white gold, this ring is an absolute favorite style!
