Deep red & chamoix tan cards with golden accents, Cartier cameo monogram, and 24kt gold splashed edges. These cards are beautiful and rare, a real treasure! Genuine Cartier, with cards marked "Cartier Paris".
 
The red case is in good vintage condition but I always caution about hinges which may be aged, so open the lid slowly and carefully, handling each "door" from both sides as demonstrated in the gloved image. Handle gently due to age.
